Davon Watkins is a 6'4", 316-pound left tackle for the Maryland Terrapins. A three-star recruit from St. Mary's High School in Baltimore, Maryland, Watkins joined Maryland after competing in shotput and discus in high school, recording a 40-7.25 shotput throw as a junior. He redshirted his freshman year in 2024. In 2025, Watkins appeared in three games and earned Academic All-Big Ten honors. He was part of an offensive line that allowed just nine sacks, the fifth fewest nationally and second fewest in the Big Ten.
