Micah Carter is a defensive end for Louisville standing 6'6" and weighing 265 pounds. A native of Louisville, Kentucky, he attended St. Xavier High School, where he tallied 85 tackles and 8.0 sacks across three seasons. As a senior, he recorded 56 tackles, seven tackles for loss, and six sacks before suffering a season-ending knee injury in Week 1 of his junior year. Carter redshirted in 2023. During the 2025 season, he appeared in 12 games as a reserve, registering eight total tackles, 1.0 sacks, and 1.0 tackles for loss while earning All-ACC Academic honors.
