Johnnie Brown III is a right guard from Lilburn, Georgia, who attended Parkview High School as a four-year starter. He was a two-time all-state selection and recorded 75 knockdown blocks while grading at 86 percent his senior year without allowing a sack. Brown redshirted at Miami in 2022 before entering the transfer portal and joining Georgia Southern in summer 2023. He played in all 13 games during the 2024 season on 93 total plays. In 2025, he appeared in all 13 games with 872 plays (828 offense, 44 special teams) and earned third-team All-Sun Belt Conference honors. Brown is a transfer to Louisville for the 2026 season.
