Jaydin Broadnax is a true freshman left cornerback at Louisville from Boca Raton, Florida. A consensus four-star recruit, he was ranked No. 216 nationally by Rivals and No. 25 at the defensive back position. At West Boca Raton High School, Broadnax recorded 116 career tackles and four interceptions. As a senior, he posted 29 tackles and two interceptions while allowing 60 yards on nine catches without surrendering a touchdown. He helped lead West Boca to the state semifinals, including victories over Dwyer, Western, East Lake, and Largo in playoff competition. Broadnax selected Louisville over Texas, Auburn, Florida State, Penn State, and Georgia, among others.
