Zay Alexander is an offensive lineman for Louisiana at 6'7" and 322 pounds. A native of Tupelo, Mississippi, Alexander began his college career at Mississippi State in 2023, redshirting after appearing in no games. He transferred to Louisiana and in 2024 appeared in contests against Troy on 11/23 and TCU on 12/28. At Tupelo High School, he started every game as a senior for a 13-1 team, playing left tackle on an offensive line that allowed 10 sacks across 14 games while the team accumulated 2,884 passing yards and 1,920 rushing yards. Alexander was rated a three-star prospect and competed in the 2022 Mississippi-Alabama All-Star Game.
