Devin Franklin is a 6'5", 210-pound JACK from Oak Grove, Louisiana, who attends Oak Grove High School. As a junior, he earned first-team All-District 2-2A honors. Franklin has lined up at rush end, outside linebacker, cornerback, and safety during his high school career. He enrolled at Louisiana beginning in the Spring 2026 semester and is a true freshman with the Ragin' Cajuns.
