Andrew Martinez, a center from Metairie, Louisiana, attended John Curtis High School, where he competed in both football and baseball as a senior. He helped the Patriots capture a state football title and reach the baseball state runner-up finish. Martinez originally played at Holy Cross High School before transferring to John Curtis. He redshirted his freshman year in 2023 and served on the scout team as a redshirt freshman in 2024 without seeing game action. The 6'3", 306-pound Martinez is a returning redshirt junior for Louisiana.
