MJ Moultrie II is a safety from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, who played college football at Hampton before transferring to Louisiana Tech. At Harker Heights High School, he recorded 129 tackles and three interceptions as a senior. During the 2025 season at Hampton, Moultrie appeared in all 12 games as a starter, accumulating 35 solo tackles and 29 assists along with 5.0 tackles for loss, one sack, two interceptions, and three pass breakups. He registered double-digit tackle performances in seven contests, including a 10-tackle, one-interception effort versus Monmouth.
