Judd Rouyea is a 6'2", 267-pound redshirt junior defensive end for Louisiana Tech. The St. Amant, Louisiana native made his collegiate debut at SMU on September 2, 2023, recording one tackle. In 2024, he appeared in 12 games primarily on special teams and added a tackle in the Independence Bowl against Army on December 28. During the 2025 season, Rouyea started the first two contests before sustaining a season-ending injury against LSU. He finished with two tackles and 0.5 tackles for loss, both tallied in the opener against Southeastern on August 30. Rouyea has earned CUSA Commissioner's Honor Roll recognition in 2024, 2025, and 2026, as well as CUSA Commissioner's Academic Medalist honors in 2024 and 2025.
