Jake Riggs is a long snapper for Louisiana Tech. The Dallas native prepped at Prestonwood Christian Academy, where he earned 2022 All-District Special Teams Player of the Year honors and was named 2022 All-District Linebacker. During his final high school season in 2023, he tallied 18 special teams tackles. In 2022, he recorded 88 tackles including 17 for loss and five quarterback sacks. Riggs redshirted during his freshman year in 2024 and did not see game action in 2025. He has been named to the CUSA Commissioner's Honor Roll in both 2025 and 2026.
