Austin Ellis is a 6'4", 305-pound right guard from Whitehouse, TX who attended Bullard High School as a three-star recruit. At Bullard, he earned first-team all-district and first-team All-Rose Country honors at offensive tackle and received KETK Athlete of the Week recognition. Ellis redshirted during his 2024 freshman season at Louisiana Tech. In 2025, his redshirt sophomore year, he appeared in 11 games as a reserve offensive lineman, making his collegiate debut against Southeastern on August 30. He was named to the CUSA Commissioner's Honor Roll in 2026 and currently returns to the Bulldogs roster.
