Jaylin Belford is a running back for the Liberty Flames who hails from Lynchburg, Virginia, where he attended Liberty Christian Academy. He earned all-state honors as a senior after rushing for more than 1,400 yards and was a three-time all-district and all-region selection. Belford redshirted in 2022, then appeared in three games during 2023, recording a seven-yard carry against Old Dominion. He saw action in the first two games of the 2024 season and has contributed on special teams. In 2025, he recorded two carries for two yards against Delaware. Currently a redshirt senior, Belford holds the position of Conference USA S.A.A.C. Vice President and has completed his undergraduate degree in Sport Management.
