Elijah Hopkins is a left cornerback for the Liberty Flames who transferred from Coastal Carolina. Originally a three-star recruit in the Class of 2022, Hopkins appeared in four games as a true freshman at Coastal Carolina before joining Liberty. During his 2023 redshirt freshman season, he played in nine games, recording two solo tackles and one pass breakup while logging 128 special teams snaps. In 2024, Hopkins saw action in four games, finishing with one solo tackle on 41 total snaps. Through 2025, he has posted three solo tackles and five total tackles.
