Bio

Tino Merlo is an offensive lineman for the Kentucky Wildcats standing 6'2" and weighing 278 pounds. A native of Youngstown, Ohio, he played both offensive and defensive line at Cardinal Mooney High School under head coach Carl Pelini, earning All-State and All-Steel Valley Conference honors. He also competed in track and field in shot put and discus as a four-year letterwinner. Merlo joined Kentucky as a freshman in 2023 and has practiced with the team through his junior season in 2025.
