Tavion Gadson is a 6'5", 303-pound defensive tackle from Savannah, Georgia who joined Kentucky as a three-star prospect in 2023. He redshirted his freshman year, appearing in four games before suffering a knee injury in spring 2024. Gadson returned to action in 2025 as a redshirt junior, playing in 11 games with his first collegiate start at Vanderbilt. During the 2025 season, he compiled 28 total tackles, 4.0 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks and three quarterback hurries. He earned Comeback Player of the Year Award watch list recognition and was named a game captain against Tennessee.
