Olaus Alinen is a 6'6", 329-pound left guard from Pori, Finland who prepped at The Loomis Chaffee School in Connecticut. A unanimous four-star recruit in the 2023 class, he ranked 167th overall and was consensus No. 1 in Connecticut. Alinen spent three seasons at Alabama, appearing in four games as a true freshman in 2023, all 13 games on special teams and rotating on the offensive line in 2024, and all 15 games primarily on special teams in 2025, totaling 32 appearances. He transferred to Kentucky for the 2026 season, where he competes as a redshirt junior.
