Malachi Wood is a 6'8", 329-pound right tackle for the Kentucky Wildcats from Richmond, Kentucky. A mid-year enrollee in 2023, Wood appeared in 11 of 12 games as a r-freshman in 2024 and earned SEC All-Freshman honors. He started the final five contests that season, including matchups against Auburn, Tennessee, Murray State, Texas, and Louisville, recording 25 blocks at the point of attack and seven knockdown blocks while missing only one assignment. In 2025, Wood saw action in 10 games with 43 snaps and graded at 100 percent on assignments before missing the final two games due to injury. A consensus three-star prospect from Madison Central High School, Wood was a four-year letterwinner and three-year starter.
