Jared Kelley is a 5'10", 190-pound wide receiver from North Olmstead, Ohio, where he earned Great Lakes Conference Offensive Player of the Year honors as a senior. In high school, he accumulated 1,571 rushing yards and 792 receiving yards while recording 30 touchdowns his senior year, finishing with 52 career touchdowns and First-Team All-State, District, and Conference recognition. At Kent State, Kelley saw action in two games during his 2023 freshman season, including a 17-yard kick return against Central Connecticut State. He competed in three games in 2024 and appeared in three contests in 2025, recording one solo tackle at Akron. Kelley is a returning redshirt junior for the Golden Flashes.
