Marcus Patterson is a defensive end from Crestview, Florida who transferred to Kentesaw State after three seasons at Western Kentucky. At WKU from 2022-2024, he appeared in all 14 games in 2024 and recorded 21 tackles with 4.5 for loss and 0.5 sacks, including a 4-yard sack in the Conference USA Championship Game.
