Erik Ronning is a sophomore wide receiver for Kennesaw State from Suwanee, Georgia, where he attended North Gwinnett High School under head coach Eric Godfree. In high school, Ronning caught seven touchdowns for 688 yards as a senior and eight scores with 17.2 yards per catch in 2023. During his 2025 freshman season, he appeared in eight games, recording one reception for 4 yards against Indiana on September 6 and one tackle on a kickoff return against Missouri State on November 22.
