Donovan Westmoreland is a redshirt senior rusher from Griffin, Georgia, who transferred to Kennesaw State from South Carolina. He originally signed with the Gamecocks as a four-star recruit in the 2022 class, ranking 408th overall. After seeing action in seven games as a freshman at USC, he redshirted his sophomore year due to injury. In 2025, Westmoreland appeared in 14 games for the Owls, recording 35 total tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss, 4.0 sacks, one quarterback hurry, and one pass breakup. He ranked among team leaders in both sacks and tackles for loss.
