Alexander Ford is a safety for Kentesaw State, standing 6'0" and weighing 190 pounds. The Antioch, Tennessee native attended Father Ryan High School in Nashville before joining Western Kentucky as a walk-on in 2022, redshirting his freshman year. He appeared in one game during his redshirt year, then played in five games in 2023, earning Conference USA All-Freshman Team honors at defensive back with four tackles and one interception. In 2024, Ford appeared in 12 games including his first career start against New Mexico State on Nov. 9, recording 15 tackles and a season-high four against UTEP. He transferred to Kennesaw State and appeared in 12 games in 2025 with five starts at strong safety, tallying 25 tackles. Ford recorded six tackles twice—against Indiana on Sept. 6 and Middle Tennessee on Sept. 27—and made critical plays late in the season, including an 81-yard interception return against Missouri State on Nov. 22 and a pass break-up in double overtime against Liberty on Nov. 29.
