Roman Pearson is a left cornerback from Pickerington, Ohio, standing 6'2" and weighing 195 pounds. He attended Pickerington High School, where he lettered three years and helped the Tigers win a 2019 state title. Pearson began his college career at Bucknell, appearing in three games in 2022 before recording 21 tackles, two interceptions and six pass breakups across 10 games in 2023. In 2024, he started 11 of 12 games and posted 40 tackles with two interceptions and nine pass breakups. At Ball State in 2025, Pearson played in all 12 games, starting eight, and recorded 27 tackles, one interception and five pass breakups. He now joins Kansas as a transfer.
