Kasen Carpenter is a 6'3", 305-pound center from Allen, Texas, who transferred to Kansas from Oklahoma State. He attended Allen High School, where he earned first-team all-state honors and District 5-6A Offensive Line MVP as a senior. Carpenter began his college career at Tulsa, redshirting in 2023 while earning academic all-conference recognition and appearing in four games. In 2024, he played in all 12 games with 11 starts at center, recording 873 snaps—the second-most on the team.
