Justin Thurman is a running back for the Kansas Jayhawks who hails from St. Louis, Missouri, and attended Jesuit High School in Tampa, Florida. He was a four-star recruit by Rivals and three-star by recruiting services, earning recognition as the nation's 10th best all-purpose back. In his junior season in 2023, Thurman carried for 812 yards and 14 touchdowns while averaging 4.8 yards per carry, and caught 22 passes for 198 yards and three touchdowns.
