Jackson Cook is a 6'2" wide receiver for the Kansas Jayhawks. The Loganville, Georgia native attended South Gwinnett High School, where he was rated a three-star recruit by recruiting services. During his senior season in 2023, Cook recorded 13 receptions for 276 yards and two touchdowns while helping South Gwinnett reach the playoffs for the first time since 2021. He also competed in track and field, running the 100 and 200 meters. Cook chose Kansas from over 20 scholarship offers. As a true freshman in 2025, he appeared in one game against Wagner.
