Ryan Howard is an offensive lineman from Downingtown, Pennsylvania, where he attended Downingtown West High School. As a junior, he earned first-team all-state recognition from PA Football News and Pennsylvania Football Writers. national outlets ranked him the 54th-best offensive tackle in the Class of 2024, while Rivals rated him the 18th-best prospect in Pennsylvania. Howard redshirted during his 2024 freshman season and did not appear in games in 2025. He is the younger brother of Will Howard, who played quarterback for Kansas State from 2020 to 2023 and currently plays for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
