Jacob Knuth is a quarterback who transferred to Kansas State from Minnesota. The 6'4", 225-pound Sioux Falls, South Dakota native redshirted during the 2022 season at Minnesota. In 2023, he did not appear in games. During 2024, Knuth saw reserve action against UT Martin and BYU, completing nine-yard passes in each contest and rushing for 10 yards against UT Martin and 8 yards combined against BYU. In 2025, he appeared in games against Kansas and Texas Tech on a combined eight snaps, rushing twice for 45 yards including a 40-yard career-long run against the Jayhawks.
