A three-star recruit ranked 874th nationally in the Class of 2025, he recorded 24 receptions for 410 yards and five touchdowns over his last two seasons at IMG Academy. As a sophomore at Kansas State in 2025, Moise appeared in nine games, recording six receptions for 56 yards and two rushing attempts for eight yards across 177 offensive snaps.
