Kylan Billiot is a wide receiver from Houma, Louisiana who attended Terrebonne High School, where he was a four-star recruit ranked as the nation's #43 receiver. He received invitations to the All-American Bowl and was a multi-sport athlete, scoring 1,000 points in basketball while also competing in track and field. Billiot committed to LSU but appeared in only one game during the 2025 season, making his collegiate debut against Southeastern Louisiana on September 20. He transferred to James Madison for the 2026 season.
