Lucas Farrington is a running back for Jacksonville State from Atlanta, Georgia, who attended Walton HS. A three-star recruit, Farrington chose the Gamecocks over offers from Arkansas, Troy, UAB, and Liberty. In 2025, he appeared in four games while preserving a year of eligibility. He recorded one reception for 11 yards against Murray State on September 20 and carried the ball five times for 14 yards in a win over Troy on December 16.
