Jawaun Campbell is a defensive end from DeFuniak Springs, Florida, who attended Walton High School. At Walton, he recorded 99 tackles including 6.0 tackles for loss and 6.5 sacks as a senior in 2023, helping lead the Braves to an 11-1 record and District Championship. Campbell joined Jacksonville State as a true freshman in 2024, appearing in all 14 games with 11 starts and finishing eighth on the team with 47 total tackles and eight tackles for loss. In 2025, he played in nine games with nine starts before a season-ending injury, recording 21 total tackles, 1.5 for loss, and one quarterback hurry.
