DJ Vonnahme is a tight end for the Iowa Hawkeyes from Breda, Iowa, where he attended Carroll Kuemper High School. Standing 6'4" and weighing 241 pounds, Vonnahme appeared in 12 games during the 2025 season with five starts. He recorded 29 receptions for 434 yards and three touchdowns, including a long of 51 yards. His season featured 146 receiving yards against Vanderbilt in the ReliaQuest Bowl, the second-most yards by a tight end in program history. Vonnahme also posted 91 receiving yards at Nebraska and 59 yards against USC. He returns to the roster as a redshirt sophomore.
