Dayton Howard is a 6'5" wide receiver from Kansas City, Missouri who joined Iowa as a three-star recruit in 2023. He did not appear in games during his first season. In 2024, Howard played in 12 contests and recorded four catches for 62 yards with one touchdown, including a 33-yard reception and score in the season-opening win over Washington. During the 2025 campaign, he appeared in 11 games with three starts, posting eight receptions for 91 yards and one touchdown.
