Cody Haddad is a safety transfer from Ohio State to Iowa. A Cleveland native who attended St. Ignatius, Haddad recorded 42 tackles, three forced fumbles and four interceptions across four games as a junior before injury limited his availability. At St. Ignatius he played multiple positions including wide receiver and handled kick and punt return duties. Haddad competed in track and basketball in addition to football, posting times of 10.9 in the 100 meters and 21.8 in the 200 meters. Standing 5'11" and weighing 186 pounds, the redshirt freshman enters 2025 on the roster.
