Ryland Gandy is a left cornerback from Buford, Georgia, who transferred to Indiana after three seasons at Pittsburgh. An early enrollee in 2022, he appeared in 44 career games with 14 starts for the Panthers, including all 13 games as a starter in 2024. He made his first collegiate start against Kent State on August 31, 2024. In his redshirt-junior season at Indiana, Gandy appeared in all 16 games with one start at Iowa on September 27, recording 10 solo tackles and one tackle for loss across the campaign.
