Jeff Utzinger is a 6'3", 232-pound weak-side linebacker from Carmel, Indiana, who played for Cathedral High School. He joined Indiana as a walk-on during fall camp in 2022 and redshirted his freshman year. Utzinger made his collegiate debut against FIU on August 31, 2024, recording his first career tackle. In 2024, he appeared in all 13 games with most playing time on special teams. During the 2025 season, he played in all 16 games and totaled 4 solo tackles and 16 total tackles. Added to scholarship in the 2025 offseason, Utzinger returns as a redshirt senior for the 2026 season.
