Drew Clausen is a long snapper from Grimes, Iowa, who attended Dallas Center-Grimes High School. He began his collegiate career at Northern Iowa in 2021, redshirting his freshman season before appearing in all 11 games as a sophomore in 2023. Clausen transferred to Iowa State and made his debut there on August 31, 2024, going on to appear in all 14 games that season. In 2025, he played in all 12 games for the Cyclones while earning Big 12 Commissioner's Honor Roll recognition. Over five collegiate seasons, he has appeared in 27 career games at the long snapper position across three schools. Clausen is a five-time academic all-conference selection and now joins Indiana as a transfer.
