Zach Barrett is an offensive lineman for the Illinois Fighting Illini. The 6'3", 295-pound sophomore from Orland Park, Illinois, attended Carl Sandburg High School, where he earned four letters and was a two-time All-Southwest Suburban Conference selection and two-time team captain. Barrett redshirted during the 2024 season without appearing in a game. He is a political science major whose father played college football at St. Ambrose University and Saint Xavier University.
