Carter Janki is a defensive tackle from Redding, Connecticut, who attended Joel Barlow High School before playing at the University of Pennsylvania. At Penn, the 6'5", 295-pound lineman earned All-Ivy honors in back-to-back seasons. As a sophomore in 2024, he started all 10 games and recorded 40 tackles, 3.5 sacks, and four QB hurries. In 2025, his junior year, Janki earned First Team All-Ivy recognition after starting all 10 games with 42 tackles, 9.0 tackles for loss, 4.0 sacks, and seven QB hurries.
