Brandon Mack II is a 6'4", 245-pound jack from Montgomery, Alabama who transferred to Houston from Ole Miss. After redshirting in 2019, he appeared in five games during his 2020 freshman season, recording six tackles and 2.0 tackles for loss with one start. He missed the entire 2021 season due to injury and played sparingly in 2022 before joining Houston in 2023. In his 2025 junior season, Mack started nine of 13 games, posting 32 total tackles, 5.0 sacks (second on team), and 6.0 tackles for loss (third on team) while forcing multiple fumbles.
