Zion Branch is a 6'2", 210-pound free safety who transferred to Georgia from USC in spring 2025. A four-star prospect from Bishop Gorman High School in Las Vegas, Nevada, Branch redshirted at USC in 2022 before appearing in games during his final two seasons with the Trojans, accumulating 41 tackles, 30 solo, three tackles for loss, one sack, and one forced fumble. In his 2025 debut season at Georgia, Branch appeared in 11 games, recording 27 tackles with 19 solo, one tackle for loss, and two pass break-ups. He posted a career-high seven tackles in the season-opening win over Marshall and added five tackles in the Sugar Bowl against Ole Miss.
