Josh Horton is a defensive tackle from Atlanta, Georgia who attended Langston Hughes High School. A four-star recruit rated as the #433 prospect nationally in the 2023 class, Horton transferred to Georgia in summer 2025 after appearing in eight games across two seasons at Miami, where he recorded four tackles and two solo stops. In his first season with the Bulldogs, Horton played in all 14 games as a reserve defensive lineman, amassing 11 total tackles including four solo, one pass breakup, and one quarterback hurry. He posted three tackles and two solo stops against Alabama and recorded the game-sealing pass breakup against Ole Miss.
