Ja'Marley Riddle is a safety from Kingsland, GA who attended Camden County High School before playing two seasons at East Carolina. As a freshman, he appeared in all 13 games with six starts, recording 63 total tackles, three interceptions, and four passes defended while helping the Pirates to an 8-5 record. In his sophomore season, Riddle started all 13 games and tallied 70 tackles, four tackles for loss, three interceptions, and six pass breakups, earning First-Team All-AAC honors as East Carolina finished 9-4. He transferred to Georgia as a junior-to-be after ranking as the #400 overall and #31 safety transfer prospect per recruiting services.
