Cortez Smith is a center from Lilburn, Georgia, who attended Parkview High School. A four-star prospect in the 2025 recruiting class, Smith earned selection to the Navy All-American Bowl and was ranked as the #135 prospect nationally and #9 interior offensive lineman prospect. He also competed in track and field, winning a state shot put title as a junior with a throw of 56-2 and earning silver as a sophomore with 53-2. Smith enrolled at Georgia in January 2025 and appeared in four games that season—Marshall, Austin Peay, Kentucky, and Charlotte—while participating in spring drills.
