Savion Riley is a 6'2", 215-pound safety from Acworth, Georgia, who transferred to Georgia Tech from Colorado. Riley began his college career at Vanderbilt, redshirting in 2022 before appearing in eight games with two starts in 2023, recording 48 tackles that season. He transferred to Colorado for the 2024 season, where he played in nine games and recorded 12 tackles with one tackle for loss while also contributing to four special teams units. In 2025, his first year with the Yellow Jackets, Riley appeared in four games due to injury. He recorded three tackles in his Georgia Tech debut against Colorado on August 29 before sustaining an injury that sidelined him for eight games.
