At Penn, he earned 2024 Ivy League Player of the Year and compiled 2,250 yards from scrimmage with 17 touchdowns across two seasons. With the Yellow Jackets, Hosley appeared in 13 contests and rushed for 697 yards and seven touchdowns on 98 carries, adding 14 receptions for 119 yards. He led Georgia Tech's running backs in rushing yards, touchdowns, and all-purpose yards (816), with a team-best 7.1 yards per carry.
