Toby Bolton is a left cornerback for Georgia State, standing 5'10" and weighing 185 pounds. The Athens, GA native attended Cedar Shoals High School, where he earned two-time Region 8-4A defensive first-team honors and all-state honorable mention recognition. Bolton recorded 203 total tackles, 13 interceptions with six returned for touchdowns, and 27 pass breakups during his prep career. He transferred to Georgia State after spending the 2025 season at Tennessee Tech, where he appeared in 12 games and made 11 tackles.
