Peter Diaz is an offensive lineman from Easton, Pennsylvania who attended Easton Area High School, where he earned three varsity letters and was named All-State Honorable Mention. At Shippensburg, Diaz appeared in nine games during 2024 as a true freshman, contributing to the defensive line and special teams. In 2025, he saw action in 11 games on the offensive line.
