Ayden Pereira is a quarterback from Auburn, New Hampshire, who attended Central Catholic High School in Lawrence, Massachusetts, where he was a three-year letter winner and 2022 Massachusetts Gatorade player of the year. He transferred to Georgia State after two seasons at Merrimack. In 2024, Pereira appeared in 11 games, accumulating 1123 rushing yards with eight touchdowns and two interceptions, and recorded a season-high 295 passing yards against Colgate. During the 2025 season at Merrimack, he saw action in all 12 games, recording 1813 rushing yards with nine touchdowns and seven interceptions, while posting a season-high 239 passing yards against St. Anselm and two passing touchdowns against Fordham on November 22.
